On September 15, 2017, Hong Ha Feed Joint Stock Company has taken the first step of the chicken breeding trial to bring the most effective feed formulas to clients.
Hong Ha Feed Joint Stock Company’s Broiler Chicken Farm is located in Vinh Phuc, with an area of 2.5 hectares, comprising 3 large caged houses with modern equipment. This is the latest model of the Hong Ha poultry breeding trial with the inputs of experts from Thailand and researchers of the company.

Using the technology of sheltered enclosure, there are 3 breeding areas of 1,008 m2/shed, with modern ventilation system and feeder. It is expected that each shed will accommodate 10,000 chickens, adding up a total number of chickens to 30,000.
At present, Hong Ha Feed Joint Stock Company has launched the first batch of 10,000 chicks at the farm; including the hybrid broiler chicken “Luong Hue” LH007. It is expected in the next trial, the chicken Thuy Phuong RTN, RTP, Luong Hue LH001, LH002 will be raised. And then, it is the trial of raising the breed Luong Hue (Cubalaya chicken) LH009, LH014, Cross-bred Thuy Phuong and Fighting Rooster (CV), Hybrid Mia (local name of Poule d'Alsace) (MLV) and “Minh Du” MD02 (Vanaraja chicken).

All chicken breeds are reared one day after hatching. The chicken factory farm technicians will carry out the weighing to set the baseline standard weight before rearing and during the stage of breeding. At the same time, to ensure disease prevention and accurate trial results, the chicken farm technicians must get themselves through sterilization and wear protective clothing when entering the farm. The fowls will be vaccinated according to the breeding schedule to ensure healthy status. The trial results will be evaluated and studied at each schedule of livestock rearing from 99 - 100 days.
