On the afternoon of March 21, 2019, a delegation of the Department of Livestock Production and a representative of the Ministry of Environment and Food of Denmark visited and worked at Hong Ha Ha Nam factory.
The mission is within the framework of the Strategic Partnership Program on Food Safety in the pork value chain (SCC) signed between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam and the Ministry of Environment and Food of Denmark , the Danish side will support experts (from the Danish Department of Animal Health and Food) to advise on the development of a number of legal documents, including the draft content of the Decree and the Circular for instructions to enact the Codes on Livestock.

The delegation discussed with Hong Ha leaders on the animal feed management in the draft Decree and Circular with instructions for enactment of the Codes on Livestock. Accordingly, Hong Ha is a typical enterprise and has a large market share in the animal feed industry, the recognition of these ideas will practically support the construction and improvement of the legal system.
The task force visits the cold storage of trace minerals of various kinds .
Also in the working program, the Delegation conducted a survey of production conditions, management measures, quality control and hygiene of animal feed at Ha Nam factory. The preliminary assessments showed the satisfaction of the Danish experts with Hong Ha's quality management system, highlighting the handling and storage measures of raw materials and stored goods.
