Individuals and Units Acclaimed for their Outstanding Innovations

Opening the ceremony, Mr. Ta Van Toai, Head of Internal Control Department, announced the award decision for individuals who have outstanding innovations.

The innovative practices are recognized basing on the judgment of the Emulation - Commendation Board and the results of the assessment on workers’ performance and improvement of plant productivity. Five operators in the Mixer section, boiler operation, premix filling, mixing operation and Wet Pet Feed Extruder operation have been awarded the merit certificate of the Company.

Also at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Thanh Phuc, the Purchasing and Quality Control Manager, read out loud the merit letter to praise Mr. Nguyen Van Duy – the feeder employee for his bravery and responsiveness in operation to overcome the accidental breakdowns during the production process, greatly reducing the loss that the company might have suffered. The spirit of initiative and the courage demonstrated by Mr. Duy were acclaimed and praised by the Board of Directors.

In addition to those individuals whose innovations and improvements have helped improve work efficiency, save time, costs and enhance labor safety, other units were also honored in the ceremony for their innovative ideas. . Mr. Hoang Lien Son, the Production Director, read the decision to reward and honor the production team with many initiatives to improve the productivity.
